Proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement - second adjournment of meeting

 

On 30 July, Ashley House plc (the "Company") advised that a Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") was being proposed and a creditors' meeting followed by a members' meeting would be held on 18 August to consider the proposal.

As advised on 18 August, following proposed amendments to the CVA put forward by some of the creditors, the meetings were adjourned until Friday 21 August.

Due to the ongoing discussions around these proposed amendments, the meetings were again adjourned. The meetings have now been rescheduled for Wednesday 26 August at 10.30am and 12.00 noon respectively.

The Company will update the market once the meetings have been concluded.
