Proposed changes investment management arrangement

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 10 November 2014 a circular containing full details of the proposed changes to the current investment management arrangements and to various changes to the Company's constitution (the "Proposals") has today been posted to Shareholders. The circular also includes a notice of an extraordinary general meeting of the Company, to be held on 26th January 2015, at which a resolution to approve the Proposals will be proposed.
