eServGlobal Limited (eServGlobal or the "Company")

Proposed change of Chairman

Sydney: 4 February 2014

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets and listed on both the Australian and UK markets, has seen a marked transition of its shareholder base from Australia to the UK, such that a significant proportion of its shares/depositary interests are now held by large UK investment funds.

Given the advancement of the Company's close working relationship with MasterCard, together with the vast majority of its customers being northern hemisphere domiciled and its majority UK shareholder base, the eServGlobal Board believes that now is the appropriate time to appoint a UK-based Chairman.

The eServGlobal Board has initiated a search (using an external recruitment firm) for a Chairman who is best placed to communicate with the company's shareholders and who will also have a deep background and understanding of the global financial services and payments industry.

The current Chairman is fully supportive of this evolutionand intends to resign as a Director on the appointment of a suitable replacement Chairman.
