Proposed change in date of Dividend payment

On 1 March 2016, the Group announced a Final Dividend of 3.5 pence per share payable on the Record date of 1 May 2016 to all shareholders on Servelec's register. In accordance with the guidelines set out by the London Stock Exchange in the Dividend Procedure Timetable 2016, this Record date did not match the required procedure of falling on a Friday.

The Board has determined that due to the requirements outlined by the LSE Dividend Procedure Timetable, the Record date is to be moved to 6 May 2016.
