Proposed Capital Reorganisation

Pathfinder announces that it is proposing a capital reorganisation. Details are set out in a Circular that is being posted to shareholders today with a copy of the 2014 Annual Report and Accounts. The proposals will be considered at the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11am on 7 September 2015 at Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD.
