Proposed Capital Reduction

Result of General Meeting

Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), the specialist aggregator of distributed heat and power and renewable fuels, announces that the Resolution seeking Shareholder approval of the proposed reduction in the capital of the Company (the "Capital Reduction") was passed at the General Meeting held earlier today.

The Capital Reduction, as described in the Circular that was sent to shareholders on 16 March 2018 and which is available at the Company's website (www.ampplc.co.uk), remains subject to the Court's approval and an application will now be made to the Court in this regard.

A further announcement will be issued in due course.

The purpose of the Capital Reduction is to create distributable reserves, which will allow the Company to make dividend payments at an appropriate time in the future.
