Proposed board change
International Personal Finance plc announces a change to its board proposed to take effect following its annual general meeting on 13 May 2009.
Craig Shannon is to be appointed as development director, with responsibility at board level for human resources, information technology and operations support. His initial focus will be on co-ordinating and implementing a programme of initiatives aimed at improving operational performance.
He joins from Friends Provident PLC where he was Chief Change Officer and acting HR Director. He was previously an executive director at the Co-operative Bank PLC and a partner in L.E.K Consulting LLP.
Information required by the Listing Rules: there is no information which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
