Proposed Board appointments

Minds + Machines Group Limited (LSE:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, is pleased to announce that, subject to the satisfactory completion of standard regulatory checks in compliance with the AIM Rules, David Weill and Guy Elliott will re-join the Board as non-executive directors. Both are founding directors of the business.

Antony Van Couvering, CEO of Minds + Machines, commented:

"We are delighted that both Guy and David have accepted the Board's invitation to re-join the Board. They bring a close understanding of the investment community, both in London and internationally, and are personally invested in the Company. We believe they will complement the industry and operational expertise of the existing Board which is fully focused on driving sales and revenue, reducing operational costs and achieving profitability in the underlying operations."

David Weill added:

As indicated in the RNS of 22 April 2015, a quarterly operational update will be provided by management during the month of July. A further announcement will also follow on the formal appointment of David Weill and Guy Elliott as directors.
