Proposed appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director

The EIIB Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has decided to appoint Mr. Michael Warren Kidd as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of EIIB. The appointment will take effect once regulatory approval for the appointment has been obtained and the requisite procedures for the appointment of a director of an AIM quoted company have been completed. A further announcement will be made once the appointment of Michael Kidd has been finalised.

Mr. Kidd is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Rasmala Investment Bank and Head of Strategy and Principal Investment at EIIB.
