Proposed Adjournment of General Meeting and Annual General Meeting
easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, announces its intention, following the recent closure of Somerset House consistent with Government guidance on measures to be taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to adjourn the General Meeting and Annual General Meeting due to be held there on 25 March 2020.
It is intended that the General Meeting and Annual General Meeting will be opened and immediately adjourned to be held at the later times of 11.00am and 11.15am respectively on 25 March 2020 at easyHotel plc, 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W 0AU.
Shareholders are urged not to try to attend the meetings at Somerset House as the building is closed and they will not be able to gain access.
