Tellings Golden Miller Group PLC07 January 2005 Tellings Golden Miller Group PLC Proposed acquisition from National Express Group plc of its Airlinks coachbusiness at London Heathrow Airport Tellings Golden Miller Group plc ("TGM" or "the group") is a bus and coachoperator based in Twickenham, Middlesex with operations in West and South EastLondon, Surrey, Hampshire, Essex, East Anglia and Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The Board of TGM is please to announce that it has been selected as preferredbidder for the Heathrow-based Airlinks coach business. Subject to contract,completion of the purchase is expected in mid-February. The Airlinks business at Heathrow currently operates a fleet of 36 vehicles andemploys 90 staff, who will all transfer to TGM under the terms of the purchase.Airlinks provides transport for aircrew to and from London Heathrow Airport. Stephen Telling, TGM Chairman & Chief Executive, comments: "I am delighted that we have been selected as preferred bidder for theHeathrow-based operations of Airlinks.
