Proposed acquisition of Borland Software Corporation
On 30 June 2009, Micro Focus International plc (MCRO.L or "Micro Focus" or "Group") published its prospectus relating to the proposed acquisition of Borland Software Corporation ("Borland") (the "Acquisition"). Following the announcement of its increased cash offer on 1 July 2009, Micro Focus has today published a supplementary prospectus in connection with the proposed Acquisition and Readmission of the existing Micro Focus Ordinary Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The supplementary prospectus will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility (situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, telephone: 020 7676 1000). Copies of the supplementary prospectus will also be available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website www.microfocus.com.
