Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 29.01.2016.

This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 9th February, 2016 to consider, inter-alia, recommendation for payment of interim dividend for FY 2015-16.

For the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE' will be Wednesday, the 17th February, 2016.

This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
