This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 6th February, 2014 to consider, inter-alia, proposal of interim dividend for the FY 2013-14.

For the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE' will be Tuesday, the 11th February, 2014.
