This is in compliance of Listing Agreement.
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 23rd January, 2012 to consider, inter-alia, proposal of interim dividend for the FY 2011-12.
'RECORD DATE' will be Saturday, the 28th January, 2012, for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board.
