Sub: Proposal of interim dividend

This is in continuation of letter dated 14.12.2009 on the captioned subject.

This is to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now scheduled to be held on Monday, the 21st December, 2009 to consider, inter-alia, proposal of interim dividend.

It is to further inform that the 'RECORD DATE', for the purpose of payment of the said dividend, if so approved by the Board, has been fixed for Tuesday, the 29th December, 2009 and the same is proposed to be paid from 30th December, 2009 onwards as intimated vide our letter dated 10.12.2009.
