ProPhotonix Limited was notified today that Vincent Thompson, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 1.44 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Thompson has an interest in 351,450 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.42 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
