Property update and result of AGM

The Board of Gresham House is pleased to announce that planning consent has today been received for the development of 441 houses and 35,000 sq ft of commercial space on the 28 acre site at Newton-le-Willows, in the St Helen's Borough. Discussions with a number of national housebuilders remain ongoing.

All the resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.
