Subject: Pronouncement of Order by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench in the matter of the composite scheme of amalgamation of Bamnipal Steel Limited and Tata Steel BSL Limited (formerly Bhushan Steel Limited) into and with Tata Steel Limited.

This has reference to our earlier disclosures dated April 25, 2019 and March 26, 2021 in connection with the composite scheme of amalgamation of Bamnipal Steel Limited and Tata Steel BSL Limited (formerly Bhushan Steel Limited) into and with Tata Steel Limited ('Scheme of Amalgamation'), under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules framed thereunder.

This is to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('Hon'ble NCLT'), has today, i.e. October 29, 2021 pronounced the Order, approving the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation.

The copy of the Order as available on the website of the Hon'ble NCLT is enclosed.

This disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
