Project Update

Herencia wishes to advise on the status of its Paguanta Project (Herencia 70% owner) and the Guamanga Project (Herencia earning 51%), located in northern Chile.

·; Earlier this week the region around Paguanta experienced unusually high snowfall (snow is not common at Paguanta) with the site itself receiving approximately 30cm. The snowfall has resulted in regional road closures, including access roads to the project site. In light of this the Company has suspended site work and withdrawn all personnel until permanent road access is re-established. We will advise when site activity resumes which we anticipate will be in the next 14-21 days.

·; Work on the Patricia Feasibility Study continues.

·; The snow fall has not affected the region around the Guamanga Project and site work is continuing, with geologists having commenced field mapping earlier this week.
