Production Update
Leni Gas & Oil plc (LSE AIM: LGO) is pleased to report that the operator of Eugene Island, Leed Petroleum Plc has announced today that the Eugene Island 183 A-7 well has been successfully recompleted to a shallower horizon and is currently producing at a gross rate of 802 boepd (33% gas).
LGO has a direct 7.25% interest in Eugene Island 183 A-7.
David Lenigas, The Company's Chairman stated:
"The recompletion of the A-7 well at Eugene Island is the start of an exciting programme designed to boost production over the Summer."
