Enterprise Act 2002 - Prior Notice of Merger

The OFT gives notice under Section 99(1) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (the Act) that a Merger Notice has been given under Section 96 of the Act in respect of proposed arrangements for:

Anticipated acquisition by Investec plc of Evolution Group plc

The period for considering this Notice will expire on 11 November 2011 unless extended by the OFT under Section 97(2) of the Act.
