Princess Private Equity Holding Limited closes on new credit line
The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited is pleased to announce that last Friday it completed the signing of a new credit line, the proposal of which was approved and announced in August 2009.
Brian Human, Chairman of Princess' Board of Directors, comments: "In a market where debt financing is difficult to secure, we consider this new credit line to be an achievement. With the extended credit financing in place we expect to have sufficient headroom for future funding obligations and regard Princess as well-positioned in the current environment."
The credit line of initially EUR 40 million, with the potential to increase to EUR 90 million, is structured as a combination of committed revolving and term loan facilities with a term of three years.
