Further to recent speculation in the Italian press, Clear Leisure confirms that it has submitted a proposal to the Bankrupcy Court in Naples for the acquistion of Edenlandia and Napoli Zoo. The proposal is currently being considered by the court and a further announcement will be made in due course. Any possible transaction will be subject to detailed negotiations and contract.

The Company is pleased to announce the launch of its new corporate and investor website, www.clearleisure.com. All regulatory disclosures required under AIM Rule 26 are now available on this new website.
