Cablevisión Holding S.A. Makes Prepayment on Loan
On February 21, 2018, Cablevision Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it had made a partial prepayment of USD 253,831,455.62 under the USD750,000,000 Loan with Citibank, N.A, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Dubai (DIFC) Branch and Itaú Unibanco S.A. Nassau Branch, pursuant to Sections 2.10(b) and 2.11(a), which provide that any collection of dividends by the Company must be applied to the prepayment of the Loan.
As of February 21, 2018, the outstanding principal amount of the Loan is of USD 349,891,073.33
