Preliminary Results Notification

Meggitt PLC will announce preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2010 on Tuesday 1st March 2011 following their approval at a Board meeting.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 8.45am at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE on Tuesday 1st March 2011.

An audio webcast of the presentation will be available following the meeting on Tuesday 1st March 2011.
