Cobham PLC10 March 2005 COBHAM PLC PREFERENCE SHARE DIVIDEND A committee of the board has approved the payment of a fixed cumulativepreferential dividend on the 6 per cent second cumulative preference shares of£1 each in respect of the half year ended 30th June 2005 at the rate of 3p pershare. The dividend will be paid on 4th July 2005 to shareholders on theregister at the close of business on 3rd June 2005.
