Land Securities Group Plc31 July 2007 31 July 2007 Land Securities Group PLC ("Land Securities" / "Group") Land Securities SIGNS NEW MAJOR PRE-LETTING AT NEW STREET SQUARE DEVELOPMENT,LONDON EC4 Land Securities today announces that it has exchanged contracts with SpeechlyBircham LLP, a leading City law firm, for the pre-letting of 77,126 sq ft at itsNew Street Square development on New Fetter Lane, EC4. Speechly Bircham will make 6 New Street Square its new UK head office, occupyingfloors 1-7 of the building at £53.50 per sq ft on a 15 year term.
