Trading in the first half has been satisfactory with ten corporatetransactions completed, seven of which were secondary fundraisings. Thecommissions and trading business has continued to do well and has beenstrengthened with a number of recruits. Overall the Board continue tobelieve that trading is in line with market expectations and they lookforward to the second half with confidence.
