Pre-close Trading Update for year ended 31 January 2009
Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin and Zoffany, is pleased to announce a pre-close trading update for the year ended 31 January 2009.
Following the trading update announced on 5 December 2008, the Company confirms that full year earnings for the year to 31 January 2009 are expected to be in line with the consensus of analysts' forecasts. The Company has generated a significant amount of cash in the second half with the result that net debt has been reduced to a level better than analysts' expectations.
The Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 January 2009 will be announced by mid-April 2009.
