T&F Informa PLC22 July 2005 22 July 2005 T&F Informa plc Pre-close update for the six months ended 30 June 2005 T&F Informa plc, the international specialist information provider, issued todaythe following update for the six months ended 30 June 2005, prior to enteringits close period and ahead of its interim results announcement on 22 September2005. The Group continues to trade in line with the Board's expectations. Managementis focusing on the integration of recently acquired IIR into the Group, which isproceeding smoothly, and growth opportunities from its enlarged portfolio ofconference and training businesses. IIR's results will be incorporated into theGroup's consolidated financial statements from 6 July 2005. In addition a circular has today been despatched to shareholders concerning theproposal to change the Company's name from T&F Informa plc to Informa plc.
