Kingston Communications(Hull)PLC31 March 2005 31 March 2005 KINGSTON COMMUNICATIONS (HULL) PLC (KCOM.L) PRE-CLOSE STATEMENT Kingston Communications (HULL) PLC (KCOM.L) is holding its normal series ofpre-close period meetings with analysts, ahead of its preliminary resultsannouncement on 24 May. The Group's overall performance for the year to 31 March 2005 is in line withmarket expectations with continued progress on all key measures. The integration of the Omnetica Group, acquired on 31 December 2004, isprogressing well. We have made significant progress in meeting our priority ofpresenting a single customer facing sales and marketing proposition from thestart of the new financial year. We are continuing to experience strong growth in broadband, both in our coremarket in East Yorkshire and nationally via Eclipse Internet. Seventy per centof our 100,000 internet customers now have broadband connections.
