Potential secondary listing in South Africa

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited (the “Company”) announces that it is exploring a possible secondary listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (‘JSE’). At present, the Company has its primary listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company is exploring this opportunity because the Company is aware of potential demand for its shares from South African based investors and such an action might improve the depth and spread of the Company’s shareholder base, thereby improving the liquidity and tradability of its shares.
