On March 17, 2014, the quorum for convening EGMS has not been achieved according to the provisions of Article 13, paragraph 9 of the Articles of Incorporation of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. and of Article 115, paragraph 1 of Company Law No. 31/1990, therefore EGMS is convened on March 18, 2014, 12:00 AM (Romania time), at the same place and with the same agenda.

The Reference Date for identifying the shareholders entitled to attend and vote in the EGMS is the same, namely March 05, 2014.
