On June 16, 2015, the quorum for convening OGMS has not been achieved according to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph 7 of the Articles of Incorporation of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. and of Article 112, paragraph 1 of Company Law No. 31/1990, therefore OGMS is convened on June 17, 2015, at 12:00 (Romania time), at the same place and with the same agenda.

The Reference Date for identifying the shareholders entitled to attend and vote in the OGMS is the same, namely June 5,2015.
