Postponing of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. from September 22, 2015 to September 23, 2015.

On September 22, 2015, the quorum for convening EGMS has not been achieved according to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph 9 of the Articles of Incorporation of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A., therefore EGMS is convened on September 23, 2015, at 12:00 noon (Romania time), at the same place and with the same agenda.

The Reference Date for identifying the shareholders entitled to attend and vote in the EGMS is the same, namely September 11, 2015.
