Postponement of the Announcement of the Results for the Financial Year ended 30 June 2023
Dechra announces today that it will not release its results for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 (the "Results") on 4 September 2023 as previously indicated. No revised date for announcing the Results has yet been set but, assuming that Dechra's shares remain listed on the Official List at that time, the Results will be announced by no later than 30 October 2023 in line with Dechra's obligations under the Listing Rules
