Notice following an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the Company

The Company announces that, due to the lack of a quorum the EGM of the Company held today at 9:30 a.m. is now adjourned until 22 March at 9:30 a.m. (London time) to take place at the Company's registered office, 15-19 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LB.
