Postpone Delisting of LITE-ON GDRs from London Stock Exchange

Lite-On Technology Corp. ("LITE-ON" or the "Company"), announced to the market of the London Stock Exchange via RNS, as earlier reported at https://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/LTTD/13851201.html

Due to delay of some application procedures, the Company decided to cancel the January 31, 2019 delisting date. The specific date of cancellation of the listing of the Company's Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and their admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange will be announced later on.

The securities to which the cancellation of listing and trading will relate are the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN Code: US5367593010 for Reg S, and US5367594000 for 144a).
