Posting of Shareholder Circular

Following its announcement on 10 July 2012, Town Centre Securities PLC confirms that in relation to its proposed acquisition of Apperley Bridge Limited, it has now posted to its shareholders a circular providing full details of the transaction. Accompanying the Circular is a notice of general meeting which will be held on Thursday 9 August 2012 at 10am.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
