Posting of Shareholder Circular

Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH.L), ("Sinclair" or the "Group") the international specialty pharma company, today announces that, further to the announcement on 15 April 2014, which gave details of Sinclair's acquisition of Silhouette and the proposed Placing of 62,500,000 new Ordinary Shares at 32 pence per share, it has posted the circular to shareholders. The circular contains the notice convening the General Meeting to be held at the offices of Reed Smith LLP, Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2RS on 1 May 2014 at 10.00 am.
