The Company announces that it is sending today a revised notice of general meeting ("Notice") to its shareholders to correct a typographical error in the original notice of general meeting contained in its circular to shareholders dated 22 December 2022 ("Circular").

The Notice clarifies that the General Meeting is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 25 January 2023 at Augustine House, 6a Austin Friars, London EC2N 2HA. A copy of the Notice is available on the News & Investors page of the Company's website www.cityoflondongroup.com.

Capitalised terms in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as set out in the Circular. The original form of proxy sent with the Circular remains valid.
