eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), the provider of innovative mobile financial technology, confirms that, as it announced on 20 October 2017, it has today sent a retail offer booklet (the "Retail Offer Booklet") to all holders of Depository Interests and to those Shareholders eligible to participate in the Retail Offer.
