Posting of results and loan note clarification
The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2009 has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website:

In its preliminary results announced on 20 October 2009, the Company announced that it had entered into a loan note instrument dated 5 October 2009 in an amount of £1 million. The company wishes to clarify that this loan note is unsecured, carries a coupon of 7 per cent. and has a repayment term of 12 months.
