Further to the announcement of 9 February 2015 of the Unaudited PreliminaryResults for the year ended 30 September 2014, the Company confirms there are nomaterial changes contained in the report and accounts and that they have sincebeen audited. The only changes relate to the accounting of the exercise ofwarrants and the placing also announced on 9 February 2015. These items appearas a post-balance sheet event.
