Notice of AGM

Servoca (AIM: SVCA), the specialist recruitment solutions and outsourcing provider, confirms that it has today posted its report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017 (the "Accounts"), together with a notice of AGM, to its shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the Company's head office at Audrey House, 16-20 Ely Place, London, EC1N 6SN on 30 January 2018 at 11am.

The Accounts and notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.servoca.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
