MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused merchant bank, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2015, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy is today being posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Friday 29 January 2016 at 12.00pm at 1st Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW.
