eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, announces that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2016 have been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy. They are also available on the Group's website: www.egsplc.com.

The Group's AGM will be held at 10.30am on 17 May 2016 at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ.
