Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Harwood (AIM:HW.), a leading UK based financial planning and discretionary wealth management group, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2016 ("2016 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM is to be held at the offices of Harwood Capital LLP at 6 Stratton Street, London W1J 8LD on 19 April 2017 at 3.00 p.m.
