Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

TEG announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders.

The Company will be holding the AGM at The Wesley Hotel (formerly known as MIC Hotel and Conference Centre), 81 - 103 Euston Street, London NW1 2EZ at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday 26 June 2013. In advance of the AGM the Company will be hosting a corporate presentation for all shareholders. This will commence at 3:30 p.m. at the same venue.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the AGM are also available on the Company's website at www.theteggroup.plc.uk.
